When is my payment due and how am I notified? 

Payments are due the end of the first month of each billing cycle

  1. January 31st and June 30th
  2. a $15.00 late fee will be assessed if the payment is received more than 30 days past the due date.

Statements are mailed or emailed to the contact information listed on your online portal.

What do I need to click to pay the District instead of the HOA? 

The Master HOA and the Metro District both use the same payment processing system. Please click here to review instructions to add the District account to your existing CIT account.
